Carter Management Holdings is a mission driven organization that specializes in the acquisition, renovation, leasing, and management of affordable residential rental housing. Our mission is to provide a higher-than-average quality rental product to families who are in need of affordable housing, while helping to improve our community in the process.

In 2016 we created an opportunity for private investors to invest their capital with us for a higher-than-average rate of return. Since that time we have been able to deploy investor capital into multiple real estate projects and continue to present opportunities to our investor network.
